SINERGIE – Società Consortile a Responsabilità Limitata is a not-for-profit accredited VET body as well as a registered research and innovation centre. Founded in 2001 with the aim to foster knowledge and skills development in the field of education and R&D, in particular for the following sectors: ICT, Energy, Environment, Safety and Security, Health, Social Sciences. Sinergie staff has long experience in organisation, management and conduction of laboratories in high schools and activities related to the “Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro” programme in Italy (school-job alternance) that is a mandatory activity that schools should offer to students. Since its foundation, it has been involved in the following EU projects: 4 Erasmus+, 5 Horizon2020, 4 LLP, 2 IEE and 1 CIP Eco-Innovation. SINERGIE has experience as coordinator of EU projects. Recently, Sinergie coordinated the Horizon2020 project “AM GREEN – Incubator Academy Model for Green Economy as Peer Learning Action for Innovation Agencies”, concluded on January 2022. In past years it has coordinated a LLP project and often supports project coordinators in administrative and technical management activities.

Grm Novo mesto – The centre of biotechnics and tourism has experiences in leading, managing and participating in local, national and international projects (EU, Balkan, Russia). The institution is strongly active in activities on implementation and management of LEADER projects. It leads a national (Slovenia) consortium of schools for biotechnics. The institution carries out projects of international exchanges (Erasmus and other). At the national level Grm Novo mesto leads or participates in many development activities and participate in the shaping of policies, especially for agriculture, food and rural development. Key areas of development work are: to develop an Economic cluster for rural areas according to the principles of trustworthy (national level), the development of jobs in rural areas (technological and economic support and development), development of hotels and restaurants and green tourism -specialty products, the development of sport in rural areas, the development of food production (dairy products, meat products, fruit products, wine, bakery products).

Novo mesto Association for the Development of Volunteering – Social protection programmes are aimed at socially excluded groups, especially migrants and Roma, who, due to limited access to material, cultural and social resources, do not have the opportunity for equal integration into society. The aim of the programme is to strengthen their position and role (empowerment) through various activities and in connection with raising awareness among the general public to contribute to their better social inclusion.

European Lab for Educational Technology – EDUMOTIVA is a non-profit organization based in Sparta & Athens, Greece that brings together professionals active in the area of Educational Sciences and Learning Technologies. EDUMOTIVA’s aim is to offer learners of all ages the education and training that will improve their lives, influence their thinking, impact on the communities within they act. EDUMOTIVA aims at making learning ‘real, meaningful and relevant’ for the new generation of students and at supporting adults in developing skills through innovative training programs for citizens of all ages. The aim of EDUMOTIVA is also to offer educators up to date training in STEAM education, in the implementation of the Maker Movement concept and the design of creative learning experiences towards 21st century skills development.

Warsaw University of Technology is the oldest and largest university of technology in Poland. WUT has over 36,000students, 1,200 Ph.D. students and almost 2,500 academic teachers at 20 faculties. The education and research profile covers almost the full spectrum of engineering disciplines, complemented by economics, management, and administration. WUT is well experienced in implementation of internationalization process, including many international and EU academic and research programs, such as Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Erasmus+, FP7, Horizon2020. Key persons involved in the proposal have a long experience in both academic and high school education including conducting lessons for children and secondary education classes. They are experienced developers a lot of educational content and tools which are being prepared with close cooperation with high schools teacher and taking into account the feedback got during lessons with teenagers.

Zespół Szkół im. Stefana Żeromskiego in Iława (ZSO) is an upper secondary school that consists of general secondary school classes. There are over 800 students, 50 teachers and 20 other staff that constitute the school . There are various types of class profiles, which prepare the students to continue their education at different types of higher education institutions. One of such classes is a polytechnic profile class– which prepares students to continue their education at technical universities. The extended curriculum includes: mathematics/IT, humanities, geography and biology/chemistry. The school takes advantage of the cooperation with universities and scientific institutions. The students take part in the laboratory classes, workshops and lectures conducted by universities, including Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw School of Economics, Military Technical Academy in Warsaw or Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The school is also involved in numerous educational projects, which help to develop students’skills useful in persuing their goals for professional careers.

VITECO is a provider of technologies for long-distance training. Its core business is based on VET and development of web-based solutions for collaborative learning and educational content management. The company offers integrated solutions for distance learning, from the provision of e-learning platforms to the development of SCORM contents. VITECO supplies complete and integrated solutions built arounf different target users’ needs. Its expertise in R&D and ICT has been acquired through participation in several European projects.

Our school includes elementary, middle and high school students. Our initial mission has always been to help kids make their dreams come true through their talents. Over the years, the project has become increasingly ambitious, right up to the creation of a Human Centered school and the creation of the IEXS System. The IEXS system, as a first step, provides for the profiling of the student on the basis of his/her emotional / behavioral / learning characteristics.The team is continuously training. The teachers who will participate have developed skills with respect to Flipped Classroom, STEAM Laboratories, Problem Based Learning, Cooperative Learning, Emotional Intelligence, Public Speaking. The school organizes courses annually which are held within the school structure itself and are meant for teachers, educators, parents, workers in the education and training sector. In addition, several schools in the national territory contact us to provide our services, provide training and transfer our know-how to school staff.

Members of ESHA are national associations for school heads and deputy school heads within primary, secondary and vocational education. Nearly all European countries are represented within ESHA by one or more associations. The ESHA members represent 86,000 school leaders in Europe. The ESHA network is an international community in which experiences, visions and views between the members, research organizations, policy makers and teachers are exchanged and in which new ideas are born.
